    The Annual Plant Biology Meeting. The annual plant biology meeting has been held for over eight decades and has been dedicated to the fostering of plant scientists in their research and careers. Today the meeting attracts more than 1, scientists from 40 countries. To assist with this, MAISRC conducts systematic research needs assessments biennially with the help from AIS managers, researchers, and the public, to identify and prioritize research related to aquatic invasive species impacting, or likely to impact, Minnesota. These assessments drive our research focus and our internal funding decisions.
